Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our location in Burra, South Australia. Please allow 1-3 days for order processing before dispatch.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During busy periods (e.g., holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We ship via Australia Post using standard shipping.

– Within Australia

  • Flat Rate: $12 AUD
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5-10 business days from dispatch, depending on location.

– International Shipping

  • Flat Rate: Shipping fees vary based on destination and are calculated at checkout.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Varies depending on destination country and customs processing times.

Note: International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email confirmation that includes:
✔Your Australia Post tracking number
✔ A tracking link to monitor your order’s journey

If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us for assistance.

Delays & Issues with Delivery

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays (e.g., Australia Post processing times, weather disruptions)
  • Peak seasons and holiday periods
  • International customs clearance

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact Australia Post and quote your tracking number for further updates or reach out to us for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering their correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us:

  • We can reship the order (additional shipping fees may apply).
  • If the order is not returned, we cannot offer a refund.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows your order as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbors, household members, or building management in case it was left with someone.
  2. Wait 24 hours – sometimes couriers mark items as delivered slightly early.
  3. Contact Australia Post to check if the package is being held for you.
  4. If the package is still missing, contact us, and we will assist where possible.

Note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
